Our first day at sea in Alaska was in College Fjord, which juts off Prince William Sound.  The Harvard Glacier is straight ahead, and several other glaciers can be seen on the left.

This is the Yale Glacier.  These glaciers were named by scientists on an expedition funded by Mr. E.H. Harriman, who decided to
explore Alaska when his doctor suggested he take some time off work as a Rail Baron.

I don't know the name of this glacier, but I like the way it hangs on the upper reaches of the valley it carved.

An otter doing the backstroke.

Angela smiling in front of a glacier with a nice reflection on the calm water.

Otters catching a ride on a growler.

This is looking out into Prince William Sound from College Fjord.
